Generator gave out last night on shoot!

I was shooting Kitesurfer Nick V at Ocean Beach and had planned to light him up from back and front with two profoto heads,  to really illuminate the transparency of the kite fabric...  Well, we had an equipment malfunction and the sun was setting fast!  All I had as back up was 1 speedlight and a small softbox.  Thoughts racing through my head were, 'what would David Hobby do??!! (strobist)...

We MANAGED a shot, but lesson learned-
